I hadn’t realized Zane was finished until he set the cup in front of me. He followed my line of sight as I looked away from the chair he’d been sitting in about six months ago when he held me as I cried. I closed my eyes, pushing that thought away. That girl was broken. She was damaged. That wasn’t me. Not anymore. “Lili,” he whispered, and I cringed. “Don’t call me that,” I said automatically, letting out my breath in a rush as the realization of what I’d said struck me. I opened my eyes, grabbing the mug. “Sorry.” “What do you mean?” he finally asked as I sipped on the hot liquid slowly. It burned on the way down but I ignored it, needing the excuse not to answer that question. “Just an automatic response. I’m fine,” I answered, blowing off what was happening. “Would you stop fucking saying that?” he snapped, causing me to jump a little. Startled, I kept my eyes on the mug but neither of us moved as we waited for the other to take the next step. Finally, I lowered the glass to the table. “What would you like me to say? Hmm?” I knew I should stop, walk away now and not make this worse, but I no longer cared. “You want to know why I told you not to call me that?” I looked up, meeting his eyes. “Because I’m. Not. Fucking. Her. I’m not that girl.” “Yes, you are—” he started, but I cut in before he could finish. “No.” I laughed, but the sound was hollow. “No, I’m not. You see this face and you think I’m her, but I’m not. You’d be closer to the truth if you called Kaitlyn by that name.” He flinched back from the name and I waivered, the part of me still able to feel guilt worming her way back in as I watched his expression.
Maegan despises writing about herself in the third person. She also hates touting her accomplishments like she thinks she’s really done anything special… Now that we got that out of the way, I’ll tell you what you need to know. I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I went back to school in my late twenties and studied Stage Production Technology. I now work full-time in the alterations shop of a major department store and part-time backstage in the various theatres around the area. I’ve been an avid reader from a very young age and the top goal on my list of things to accomplish in my life was to write and publish a book. During the summer of 2013, while working backstage on The Lion King, I read eleven books in four weeks. I read my first New Adult book and was introduced to a genre I felt I could totally relate to. The idea for Perfectly Broken and the character of Lili was born backstage during that time.

Oh my god! He is gorgeous! All I can hear is my heart beating, fast. I slowly pull my eyes away from him and look back in the classroom, looking around to see if anyone else has seen him. Thankfully, everyone is listening to Mr. Marsden drone on about economies of scale. I turn back to look out of the window just in case I imagined him. I am a mother to two young children, who in turn keep me young. I live in Dublin, Ireland but, I’m originally from South Devon in the UK. I work full time in a pharmacy and write in all my spare time: in my lunch hour, when watching TV at night and anywhere. I have always been interested in reading from a young age and then 2 years ago I was given a kindle as a present and it was the best thing that happened to me. I was able to read lots of books ever week and then I started to write reviews for all the books I read. I took this one step further and started my own facebook page – Sparkling Pink Bookshelf. I intended to upload all of my reviews for the books I read. This was purely for pleasure and then I answered a post on Facebook for someone to read for reviews and thought I had died and gone to heaven. I was reading about 7/8 books a week, the kindle made this achievable. I would read at any opportunity I could, even staying up til the small hours to finish a book. I loved it. Then one day I was asked to beta read a book – I loved this side of it, it was so exciting. I have worked with a number of indie authors and have remained loyal to a few select authors and I beta read all their After a year or more of doing this, I thought maybe I could write some of the stories that were in my head and I just decided to write and see what happened. I wrote about 70% of a story and then saw a post for the NaNoWriMo competition – to write 50,000 words in 30 days, I decided that this was a challenge I wanted to take and the Til Death Us Do Part series was born.

Jane – Huge MC fan! By far my favourite genre. I read it a lot before severed but severed is way up there on the favourites!

Alison – I love MC books I have like over 140 on my kindle right now some of them I have read and the others are waiting to be read

Emma – My fave Severed living character is Ink, he’s so flirty and fun, dominant but caring.
Jane – My favourite character would probably be cowboy! I just had a thing for him from the starts.

Wendy – OMGod… Angel I think… he’s just so well, Alpha! haha
Alison – Angel is my favorite character by far in the series he is one hot alpha male and with a dirty sexy mouth
4) If Angel could do anything to you what would it be?
Emma – Angel doesn’t work for me, he’s sweet but not a patch on Ink and your either one team or the other in this group.
Jane – Well it would absolutely involve his bike. Fantasy much.

Between kisses Jake managed to slide her shirt off, cupping her breasts in his palms as his tongue lavished her mouth. His fingertips toyed with the strap of her bra as she undid the top button of his jeans.
