I own a security company, ensuring the safety of my clients.
But behind the scenes, I’m known as the Watcher.
I stay hidden, overseeing the secrecy of Hidden Justice–those who rid the world of its scum, one bad guy at a time.
Until the day she stumbles into my path and one kiss changes everything.
Stalked and terrified, Raven Bailey needs my protection.
I need her.
Can I find the man threatening the woman I love before he finds her?
We’re playing a dangerous game of cat and mouse.
And I’m determined to win.
BLP REVIEW – Tracy
The Watcher is definitely my favourite book of the Men of Hidden Justice series so far!!!!!! I loved Damien & Raven.
As with other books in the series the attraction between the couple is there from the get go and things with them move fast….. but we now shouldn’t expect anything less from these guys!!!
Damien was full on but knew when to take a breath and a step back when things appeared to be getting too much for Raven. For her part, Raven didn’t want to be a hindrance and was often trying to convince Damien to walk away and save himself the hassle of being with her….. like the guys in the series before him, we know this was never gonna be an option for Mr DeSalvo..
The storyline was kinda creepy, especially given how we live so much of our lives online these days and I felt the plot was believable…. The ‘bad guy’ was really dislike-able which speaks to how well Ms Moreland writes her characters. I thought I knew where things were going with this guy but was second guessing myself a fair bit….
There was a lot going on in the story. Action, suspense, intrigue, a ton of heat and passion and that sense of brotherhood that comes across so clearly with the men from Hidden Justice.
I love that we catch up with other characters from the series in these books and I’m really looking forward to finding out how things go for Egan & Sofia in the next (and final) book of the series.
Have you read the series ? Binge on the Men of Hidden Justice
New York Times/USA Today bestselling author Melanie Moreland, lives a happy and content life in a quiet area of Ontario with her beloved husband of thirty-plus years and their rescue cat, Amber. Nothing means more to her than her friends and family, and she cherishes every moment spent with them.
While seriously addicted to coffee, and highly challenged with all things computer-related and technical, she relishes baking, cooking, and trying new recipes for people to sample. She loves to throw dinner parties, and also enjoys traveling, here and abroad, but finds coming home is always the best part of any trip.
Melanie loves stories, especially paired with a good wine, and enjoys skydiving (free falling over a fleck of dust) extreme snowboarding (falling down stairs) and piloting her own helicopter (tripping over her own feet.) She’s learned happily ever afters, even bumpy ones, are all in how you tell the story.

My favourite genre is PNR - yep, more than happy to admit that I’m a bit of a #parawhores...... but small town is a very close second!!! In saying that, I’ll read and review a real mix of genres - from the better known authors to new-to-me authors and everything in between.
I hope you enjoy the posts and that they might lead you to some ‘new to you’ authors.
Thanks for stopping by.
