Am I going to get lucky? Maybe if the hunky nerd I met yesterday takes me up on my invite to attend High Five’s St. Paddy’s Day party … Rachel Wagner, who’s sworn off dating apps, is the last single one in her friend group. Focused on running her thriving cleaning business in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, the thirty-one-year-old is caught off guard when she stumbles upon a bearded nerd while cleaning her biggest client’s lake house.
Patrick Nowak, a reclusive cat-loving hacker, prefers code to conversation and planned to spend the St. Patrick’s Day weekend out of Chicago enjoying a digital detox at his friend’s lake house. But when Rachel, a confident brunette who seems way out of his league, invites him to a local bar’s St. Paddy’s party, his anxiety just might prevent him from taking her up on the offer.
In a game of attraction and vulnerability, neither of them is prepared for just how much their lives can change in a day.

I’ve read the previous two books in the High Five novella series and have really enjoyed them. I was looking forward to seeing how things worked out for Rachel.
Patrick was definitely a geek, though there was more to him than anyone would have expected. Rachel took to him from the first time they met while she was at work. While she had invited him to come along to the pub’s St Patrick’s day event I didn’t think she expected him to turn up, even though she kept looking out for him. Patrick was very much a fish out of water when he went along to the celebrations but he stuck things out because he wanted to spend time with Rachel, he definitely felt the same attraction she did.
I’m usually a fan of insta-attraction but Shamrock Kisses didn’t quite hit the mark with me…. I couldn’t say there’s anything in particular that made me feel this way, it was a good read, I liked catching up with the others and their new significant others and I was happy that I had read all three books. The only other thing I thought was that it would behave been nice to see further into their relationship and how things panned out for them both.

I sat on Santa’s lap, and now he wants to see me again.
Single mother Emily is resigned to yet another stressful holiday season alone. That is, until she meets a charismatic man playing Santa in a local bar. Their chance meeting leads to a playful and flirtatious text exchange throughout the holiday season until Santa is on her doorstep, ready to give Emily her Christmas wishes.
A spicy Christmas novella, Santa’s Coming sparkles with the perfect blend of puns and sexy holiday magic.

I LOVE a Christmas story and will happily read them at any time of year!!
Santa’s Coming was Emily & Nick’s story and it was a fun, quick, spicy wee read.
I liked that Nick wasn’t just looking for a quick hookup and their text messages were fun to read. Emily definitely needed to remember that she was more than a single mum and that she deserved time for herself and that it wasn’t wrong to consider someone to share that time with – I was glad her friends encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone.
I’d have loved more, to see how things went for them going forward.
I’m really looking forward to the other books for Emily’s friends and if theirs are as much fun as this book I’m gonna love them too!
