Synopsis

The Devil gets his dues

What happens when Satan in the flesh meets Lillith in real life?

Some name calling, a lot of fighting, and even more loving.

For two years, Jameson Kane and Tatum O’Shea have made their relationship work. It might not work for anyone else on the planet, but it’s perfect for them. Their own personal fairy tale.

But can Jameson give Tatum a true “happily ever after”? He’s not sure.

Where would the devil go to buy a throne, anyway?

WARNING: contains little plot, a lot of sex, and was written for the author’s own personal enjoyment.
Also graphic sexual situations and sadomasochistic themes.

Excerpt

The Brazilian made sexy eyes at Ang for a while, but it was obvious that Jameson was her ultimate goal. As they all took their sides of the tennis court, Tate glared as the other woman flirted and touched Jameson. Leaned against him. Breathed on him.

“What are we doing here?” Ang asked in a low voice.

“That chicks wants to fuck Jameson. He’s trying to pawn her off on you. Be sexy,” Tate advised him.

“Bitch, I was born sexy.”

Tate had to agree. Ang was wearing a pair of old fashioned looking Ray Bans, and his hair was cropped extremely short on the sides, but long and wild on top. There was a touch of James Dean about him; something 1950’s. His bad boy smile was firmly in place, and though Isadora was focusing on Jameson, she threw a couple flirty glances Ang’s way.

“Well, sexy it up some more, get her attention. I don’t want to spend the rest of the day trying to talk Jameson out of an orgy,” Tate hissed.

“We could end up in an orgy!?”

“Angier, don’t make me serve the ball into the back of your head.”

Tate was rusty – tennis had never really been her sport. She could knock the ball back and forth, but she wasn’t great. Ang couldn’t play for shit, it was comical watching him lope up and down the court. They both laughed a lot, collapsing into giggle fits enough times to earn a snap from Jameson.

Isadora played the game beautifully and elegantly, like Tate knew she would, and of course Jameson was good at it. If there was something Jameson wasn’t good at it, he simply didn’t do it, so Tate had figured he’d do well at tennis. Together with the Brazilian bombshell, they dominated the game. Tate couldn’t quite figure out why they didn’t switch, place a bad player with a good player, to at least even the odds.

But it quickly became apparent that Isadora didn’t want to even the odds. She cooed in Jameson’s ear, wiggled her ass in his face. Tate spent half the game making puking faces at him, which just earned her wolf grins and him feeding into the flirtation.

“I don’t think she’s interested in my sexy,” Ang informed Tate, looking over his glasses as Isadora bent straight at the waist, keeping her knees locked while she tied her shoelaces. Jameson stood directly behind her, waving his racket at them.

Tate gave him the finger.

“Yeah, we’re not here to play tennis. She invited us here so she could become fuck buddies,” Tate grumbled.

“Wouldn’t be all bad. She’s kinda hot,” Ang pointed out. Tate snorted.

“I didn’t come all the way to Hong Kong to have an orgy with Jameson’s ex girlfiend.”

“Does this kind of thing happen a lot?”

“Yes. We went to the Met gala last fall, and god, what a nightmare. There was this model, some young blonde thing that Jameson had slept with like a million years ago. Followed him around all night. I don’t want to go through that again,” Tate told him.

“What are you going to do about it?” Ang asked.

“Whore you out.”

Before he could argue, Tate jogged up to the net, scooping up the ball as she went.

“Oh, thank you, Tatum,” Isadora gushed in her syrupy accent, running up to the net as well.

“No problem. Say, Ang has never been to Hong Kong before, you should totally show him around after this,” Tate blurted out, not even trying to be subtle.

“Really? I was hoping to catch up with Kane a little more. So little chance to talk during the game. I would be very glad to keep him company while you show Angier the sites,” Isadora offered.

Hmmm, I’m not the only one lacks subtlety.

“See, I kind of had plans with Jameson,” Tate lied. There weren’t any set plans, but she figured she didn’t need them. He was her boyfriend. If she said he was busy, then he was goddamn busy.

“Yes, of course! The party!” Isadora exclaimed. Tate blinked in surprise.

“What?”

“The party! Kane told me all about it, thank you so much for inviting me!”

“Are we gonna play, or fucking chit chat all day?” Jameson yelled from the back line. Tate stepped to the side.

“Your lovely partner was just telling me all about our party!” Tate shouted back, shielding her eyes with her hand. His own eyes were hidden by the bill of his hat, but the set of his jaw was ominous. He wasn’t happy.

“My partner should learn to keep her mouth shut. Let’s finish this game,” he called back.

“Oh, I’ll finish this game, alright,” Tate grumbled, stomping away.

“Something up?” Ang asked, walking up close to her. Tate leaned into him, pressing her face against his chest and letting out a mock scream.

“What the fuck is going on?” Tate breathed, turning her head to the side and resting all her weight against him. “First dinner with my parents. Then fucked up tennis. Now a party? Jameson hates parties, he hates physical activity that isn’t sex, and he hates my parents.”

“Maybe he’s trying to turn over a new leaf,” Ang suggested, but she could feel him trying not to laugh.

When you’re done dry humping, some of us would like to keep playing!

Tate glared as Jameson’s voice carried across the court. Oh, so he could let some hoochie Brazilian rub her ass all over his crotch, but Tate couldn’t hug Ang!? Oh, it was on. It was soooooo on.

“Ang, could you do me a favor?” Tate started, running her hands up and down his sides.

“Hmmm?”

“Just go with anything I do.”

“Huh?”

Tate ignored him and peeled her top off. She wasn’t being scandalous, she was wearing a sports bra – there were plenty of women running around the courts wearing the same thing. No, that wasn’t enough to get the reaction she wanted. But turning around and pressing her back to Ang’s front and doing a toe touch stretch, she was pretty positive that would inspire a response.

“Does he look mad?” Tate asked, not even trying to hide her smile as she pretended to stretch from one leg to the other.

“Murderous. Are we trying to piss him off?” Ang questioned.

“Just having some fun, messing with him. He made me sweat with all his flirting, now it’s his turn,” Tate laughed.

“Then let’s make it count.”

Ang smacked her on the ass, hard enough to cause her to fall forward and place her hands flat on the ground.

“I’m not fucking around, Tate. You have two seconds to knock it the fuck off!” Jameson yelled.

“Ooohhh, feels like a challenge to me! Game!?” she yelled back, slowly standing up and stretching her arms above her head.

“Don’t push me – you won’t win.”

Pffft, I always win.”

Tate spun around, facing Ang as she stretched her arms back, forcing her chest out. Ang didn’t even hide the fact that he was staring at her tits.

“I’m not really sure what kind of game you’re playing, but I gotta be honest, I like it,” he joked. Tate snorted and lowered her arms, coiling them around his neck. He rested his hands on her hips.

“Does he look mad?” she asked. Ang glanced behind her.

“Hard to tell. He always looks mad,” he pointed out, walking backwards and forcing her to follow.

“If he’s standing still, he’s not mad,” Tate explained.

“Oh, then he’s definitely mad.”

“Is he moving?”

“He’s right behind you.”

BLP REVIEWS

Rebecca

** Warning: This review has no plot, no sex (mores the pity!) and totally gratuitous profanity. It involves completely OTT fangirling of the author with gushing love of the creepy stalker variety. Please have your sick bag ready and be aware of the exits **

Stylo Fantome. Yeah I want you to remember that name. Let’s say it again, Stylo Fantome.
She is without doubt one of THE discoveries of 2014. Her debut book Degradation was outstanding and she just kept going from strength to strength with Separation and Reparation, turning us inside out with the most dysfunctional train wreck of a relationship that’s so wrong it’s painfully right. This extra little novella called Completion is absofuckinglutelyfabulous. It doesn’t even feel like a novella it’s so packed full with development and emotion and it does exactly what the title says, completes the story and completes Jameson & Tate. You won’t want to give them up, won’t want this to be the end, even as fabulous as it is, because these characters will steal your soul. Satan will own you and who the fuck cares??? “Take me now Jameson” will be shouted from Heaven to Hell and everywhere in-between! Or is that just me? Whatever……….

Degradation –

I haven’t in a long, long time read a book that I so loved and hated simultaneously, as fascinated as I was horrified. A train wreck of a relationship, as beautiful as it is broken, brutally raw, poignant, passionate, tragic and destructive. If the Devil had a fucked up contemporary fairy tale it would be this and the ride has only just begun…
Separation –

Who knew the Devil had a soul? With Separation the fairy tale is fucked six ways till Sunday, sideways with a cherry on top. Forget every single feeling and emotion you had in the first because Stylo Fantome twists it, lubes it, fucks it and spits you out the other side knowing you had a fucking amazing bookgasm and were rendered completely speechless and incoherent in the process, satiated and dazed……..

The absolute sheer beauty of it is that while on the emotional journey of this one the author can change every single thing we thought we knew or felt from the previous one. That’s a special kind of talent. I am now totally convinced she will stop my heart with Reparation….

Reparation –

Stop my Heart? Try shredded it, kicked it to the kerb and stomped all over it. Fuck Me!!!!!

The conclusion to this rollercoaster ride had me screaming in my head, “No, she wouldn’t, she wouldn’t fucking take it there, No, oh Hell Fucking No?” so many times I was almost catatonic. Lights were on but nobody was home, speechless and incoherent again but for totally different reasons. For an author in her debut year to have the ability to give you the feels, the good, the bad and the ugly with three books that, while connected, have completely different paces and emotions is quite the feat.

Completion –

Completion made me feel like I was wrapped in a warm blanket, stuffed full of comfort food and surrounded by family and friends – yes I know, real mushy shit but it did! The humour and affection shone through every word and every interaction, Jameson, Tate, Sanders and Ang, all of them creating a warmth, creating their own family, the best kind – choice not blood – and while dysfunction surrounds them they make it their own, take the train wreck and work with the pieces. Stylo yet again writes a book connected to the others, just as addictive to read but fresh, different in style & pace and oh so satisfying and beautiful. This book is full of it (much like Tate!), bullshit and banter, sarcasm and wit, sex, friends and so much more. Sanders is just divine as always, Ang the Porn God is, well, Ang and then there’s Tate and Satan…………….

Two years down the line there is now a stability within Jameson and Tate’s relationship that changes the dynamic slightly in a good way. Of course Tate owns his soul and yes Satan has one (who knew!) the banter between them was just delicious, “ Shut the fuck up “ all the way through made me smile manically no matter where I was, it’s so them! In Reparation I loved how Stylo showed that, while it may not work for others, what they share works for them and in Completion this is underlined and put in bold! I wish I had the words for this pair, how much their journey is just the most amazing, well written, draw you in, spin you around, torture you and then spit you the fuck out, but I don’t – I’m not a writer, I can only say BUY it, one click that bitch. Hide yourself with a stiff drink and come meet Jameson and Tate, let Ms Fantome take you away for a few hours of sheer unadulterated bliss, the odd orgasm or two and make you remember why you read, why imagination is such a powerful and fabulous tool.

Bravo Stylo Fantome, automatic one click for me

Tracy

Gods, I FLOVE this story…. I adored Satan (who’d have thought it eh?!) by the time I’d finished Reparation but he’d stolen my soul by the end of Completion!!!

The three books in the trilogy were fabulous but this little gem was fanfuckintastic!!!! It really was a Completion of the story of Jameson & Tate.

Two years down the line we get to see how things are going with this pair. Happy and content together but still as kinky, hot, sexy and dirty mouthed as ever – who knew “shut the fuck up” was gonna be such a damned turn-on – it was a fun ride finding out what was in store for them.
Though they have both settled into their life together their banter and arguments are still full on and entertaining. This pairs relationship will never ever be stereotypically ‘normal’.

As for the rest of this little ‘family’ ~ Sanders is striking out on his own and forging a life for himself. Ang is finally the Porn King that he dreamed of being and we catch up with Nick who now has what he wanted but couldn’t have with Tate.

A couple of loose ends were tied up – one of them in particular had me cheering I must admit. There were some laugh out loud moments and Ang and Tate got up to some of their usual ‘lets piss off Satan’ antics.

The only thing that saddened me about Completion was that it was the end of a bloody awesome journey. Stylo has had me caught, bound and enthralled since Degradation and I never wanted the ride to end!!!!

An absolute joy to read, I grinned my way through it and my heart was bursting by the end! Yeah, I’m well aware that that’s a kinda cheesy thing to say – sue me, it’s true!!!!

If you haven’t read any of The Kane Trilogy yet, where have you been and WTH have you been doing?? Go grab your copies NOW and get stuck in….. This series is without doubt high on my list of recommended reads and one of my all time favourites!!!

I can’t wait to see what characters and story Stylo sucks me in with next…. but the one things I know for sure, it’s gonna be interesting!!!!

Synopsis

The Devil has met his match

When Tatum O’Shea decides it’s time for some payback, no one is safe from her new game – not even the devil himself. Tate is going to get her happily ever after, even if it means making everyone else unhappy in the process.
But a persistent Jameson, a meddling Sanders, and an amorous baseball player make it very hard for a girl to keep her focus, and suddenly it seems Tate has a few too many suitors for her fairy tale ending.
Sometimes, it’s very difficult to tell who Prince Charming really is …

WARNING: may induce Kindle throwing, screaming at fictional characters, and possibly a few tears. Also graphic sexual situations and sadomasochistic themes.

Excerpt:

Jameson watched the Bentley pull up the driveway. Sanders got out of it, alone. They hadn’t spoken the entire time. Jameson hadn’t called – if he had, he probably would’ve lost his shit. And he didn’t want to do that. Sanders probably hadn’t called for the very same reason.
“Nice little vacation you had there,” Jameson commented, taking in Sanders’ rumpled suit.
“I wouldn’t say that,” the younger man replied, heading into the house and straight into the kitchen. Jameson followed him.
“I almost thought you had left with her,” he voiced his fear. Sanders stopped in front of a cupboard.
“I would never do that. I simply tried to reason with her,” he said.
“Oh really. And how did that go?” Jameson snorted. Sanders snorted as well and pulled open the cupboard.
“Not well. She is severly unbalanced.”
Jameson was a little shocked as he watched Sanders pull a bottle Jack Daniel’s out of the cupboard. He walked up next to him, watched as Sanders got a tumbler out of another cupboard and then poured about three-fingers worth of the amber liquid into the glass.
“She’s also a bad influence. What are you doing?” Jameson demanded. Sanders handed the glass to him.
“This is for you,” he replied. Jameson took the glass.
“Oh god, why?” he groaned, then knocked back the liquid.
“She offered to sleep with me.”
Jameson started choking on the whiskey. Sanders pounded on his back, but Jameson waved him away. Stumbled over to the sink and turned on the faucet, stuck his mouth underneath it. He must have heard wrong. He couldn’t believe it.
“I’m sorry,” he gasped for air, leaning against the counter. “You’ll have to repeat that. What happened?”
“Sex. She offered to have sex with me.”
“I see. Did you take her up on this offer?”
Pause.
Oh my god. I have to kill Sanders. How am I going to do this? That stupid bitch …

BLP REVIEWS

Rebecca

W.T.F can you say about the Kane Trilogy?
Apart from One Click That Bitch?

These three books are so different yet each one is outstanding in its own way.

Degradation –

I haven’t read in a long, long time a book that I so loved and hated simultaneously, as fascinated as I was horrified.

Forget every single feeling and emotion you had in the first because Stylo Fantome twists it, lubes it, fucks it and spits you out the other side knowing you had a fucking amazing bookgasm and rendered completely speechless and incoherent in the process, satiated and dazed……..

The absolute sheer beauty of it is that while on the emotional journey of this one the author can change every single thing we thought we knew or felt from the previous one. That’s a special kind of talent. I am now totally convinced she will stop my heart with Reparation.

Stop my Heart? Try shredded it, kicked it to kerb and stomped all over it. Fuck Me.

For an author in her debut year to have the ability to give you the feels, the good, the bad and the ugly with three books that while connected have completely different paces and emotions is quite the feat.

REPARATION

noun

Definition:

1. the making of amends for a wrong one has done.

2. the action of repairing something.

Reparation picks up where Separation finished. Tate is on a mission, to destroy and annihilate the Devil, she’s hurting but switched off, numb but focused and this train wreck relationship is so broken with pieces scattered so far that you wonder is there any glue strong enough to put it back together, can Jameson continue to fix what he so casually broke when Tate is determined and on a path of destruction. And who of our beloved secondary cast is going to get caught in the crossfire?

This has always been a fucked up fairy tale from the very beginning,

“I want Prince Charming to ride up on a white horse, and carry me off to his castle. The only difference between me and other girls is once I get there, I want him to bend me over the throne and pull my hair while he fucks me hard and calls me names. But I know that’ll never happen with you …”

It has confused me, fascinated me, and horrified me. Reparation brings me understanding of how these two are so right together, how they work no matter what society says a relationship should or shouldn’t be and how even in a dark fucked fairy tale unicorns and rainbows still exist just a little rougher with a touch of kink.

“I said I wanted Prince Charming; you’re the Prince of Darkness.”

“Still a prince, baby girl.”

Reparation shows beautifully the chemistry, banter, sarcasm, arguments, constant pull and push between these two, both stubborn, neither having expected to find this connection and both woefully ill-equipped to deal with it.

The Devil has met his match…..

“All I wanted was sex. Just a little freaky sex, every now and then. When the fuck did it get so complicated?” he grumbled.”

“When you met your match, sir.”

Make no mistake, Satan is in the building again in Reparation and oh I do love him so. Dirty talker, controlling, rich and fucked up sex god that he is. Tate on the other hand broke my heart – hurting, angry and so alone even when surrounded by people, her journey is this book has so much depth and emotion, at times you want to throttle her and at times hug her and say it will be ok. Her head was an incredibly difficult place to be in ………..

“If he doesn’t want you fucking anyone else, that means he’s jealous. And if he’s jealous, that means he cares. And if he cares, then maybe he really never lied. And if he never lied, then you don’t have to ruin everything. And if you don’t have to ruin everything, then maybe you can admit out loud that you have most definitely, certainly, positively, absolutely, irrevocably sold your soul to Satan.”

And then we come to Sanders

“Maybe we just know her in different ways. You fulfill her emotionally and I fulfill her sexually. Maybe we’ve been in a threesome this whole time,” Jameson suggested.

“Sometimes, Sir, you make me ill,” Sanders snapped

He is so important to both characters and this trilogy it’s insane. And it is a threesome in my eyes of the emotional support type. So when this happened I had one of my “Oh Hell Fucking No” moments………

“This is for you,” he replied. Jameson took the glass. “Oh god, why?” he groaned, then knocked back the liquid. “She offered to sleep with me.” Jameson started choking on the whiskey. What happened?” “Sex. She offered to have sex with me.” “I see. Did you take her up on this offer?” Pause. Oh my god. I have to kill Sanders. How am I going to do this!? That stupid bitch.”

Did they?

Will they?

How far does Stylo go?

Minds Blown????????

I’m not telling……….. 😉

Go one click and discover for yourself but be prepared to buckle that seatbelt and hold on tight because her writing is flawless and captivating – the characters and story in this trilogy will grab you and not let go.

The Devil will take you to Hell and you just won’t care……………………….

“Tatum Elliot O’Shea, sometimes I think you are the stupidest goddamn person I have ever met. Sometimes I think you’re crazy. Sometimes I think I hate you. Sometimes I think you’re a psychotic bitch, sent from hell to drag me back. But always, ALWAYS, I think you are the best thing that has ever happened to me.”

Tracy

Well, well, I did not see this coming….

Degradation was fast, hot and freaky and I wasn’t completely sure how I felt about Jameson (though I was kinda falling for him and his kinky ways) but I knew I definitely liked Tate.

Come Separation , I loved Jameson but Tate was winding me up no end…. and by the end of the book I couldn’t be sure what the hell she was planning but I wasn’t looking forward to it!!!

Then we got Reparation and I was totally messed up emotionally for both of them!!
Tate by now doesn’t trust anyone, not even herself or her thoughts.
She has revenge on her mind, big time, but even while plotting and planning, she’s second guessing her feelings and plan of attack!!

Jameson has given her time and thought she’d come round, however I don’t think he expected her to switch off quite as she did. Acting normally when she knew people were watching but it was all show… Jameson was so aware of this but didn’t seem to know what to do to help her.

Their arguments, snark, back biting and the sex (be it make up, angry, car, against a wall, monkey or whatever kinda sex – c’mon you get what I’m saying ‘cos you guys know what they are like!!) all make great hot reading. They’re still as smokin’ and volatile as ever as a couple – or are they, have they ever been a couple…. that’s the big Q I suppose.

This pair are perfect for each other – I just wished at times that they could see it themselves. They are so similar – too damned stubborn and bloody minded…. Jeez, more than once I wanted him to actually tell her how he felt. In her case, she could have called him on some of his comments – maybe they’d have realised that they were what each needed!!

Tate’s interactions with Sanders and his reaction to her were intriguing and on a couple of occasions showed a different guy. We saw a caring, obviously loving side, a quirky funny side and then a more ‘in charge’ side to Mr Kane’s ‘Man-Friday’…. I adore the way he and Jameson bounce off each other – it comes across that he feels confident & secure enough in his position in JK’s affections to say what he thinks (and feels needs said) at times. As ever, I loved Sandy!

Nick Castille, the baseball player, makes another appearance and kicks Tate’s plan for revenge up a notch – well, not strictly true, after a change of heart about her next course of action where Nick is concerned, a bomb is dropped on Tate (but is it fact or fiction?) and this is the catalyst that causes her to head toward Nick (hell, truth be told, she ran like the devil was on her tail – which, when you consider her name for Jameson, he kinda was!!).
Now, I am well aware that he’s been a fairly stand-up guy to this point and he’s always had Tate’s best interests at heart, but man, I’ve felt for a while that I wouldn’t trust Nick as far as I could throw him – no-one is that nice!! He annoys me for some of his actions in Reparation , sneaky bloke that he turns out to be, but then he goes and pulls the stand-up guy routine again…. honestly, I was backwards and forwards with how I felt about him come the last part of the book!

Ang and Ellie once again flit in and out of the story. It was interesting to watch Ang and Jameson tolerate the other (even if it was just in their mutual concern for Tate!)
The relationship Angier has with Ellie comes under scrutiny and is the cause of some ‘oh no, you did not just do that’ moments! After everything, Ang grew on me (again) and the cheeky would-be-porn-star finagled his way back into my affections!!

I was delighted with how the series wound up in Reparation . Kane melted my heart – not what I ever expected from the Devil – and Tate came back to being the girl we first met in Degradation .
Tatum and Jameson are a very unconventional couple and where their journey over the series has been at points tough to take, heart-breaking, enraging, frustrating (to the point of wanting to punt my kindle through a window!!) and at points confusing as hell, their story is one that I’ll come back to and would recommend everyone read!!!

Well done Stylo – for your first series this has been an outstanding success!!! I can’t wait for your next book and am looking forward to getting my mitts on it already!!!

Excerpt

She showed Ang the sideboard where Jameson kept most of his every day things – a lot of cuff links, tie pins, watches, things of that nature. Everything plated in gold and diamond and platinum. While Ang guffawed over everything, Tate made her way over to the bed. Knelt on top of it and crawled towards Jameson’s side.

“Holy fuck, Tate, this table holds more money than I’ll ever see in my life. I don’t know whether to be impressed, or disgusted,” Ang called out from behind her. She pulled a box out of Jameson’s night stand and then turned back to Ang.

“Look at this,” she offered, knee walking back towards him. He met her at the edge of the bed and she opened the box. “This is a Jacob and Co. watch.”

“It’s awesome,” he said, taking the box into his hands and looking over the timepiece.

“It’s worth over $300,000.”

Fuck!” he exclaimed, and dropped the box. It bounced on the mattress and rolled, the lid snapping shut. She laughed and picked it up, sat it on the pillows.

“I know, right? Who would spend that kind of money on a watch?” she asked.

“Why the fuck would you even let me touch that? That watch is worth more than I am,” he laughed as well, but he looked a little shaky.

“I think it’s funny. All this stuff, it’s silly,” she said, reaching out and playing with the button on the blazer he was wearing. He was taller than Jameson, but leaner. The blazer was pretty loose on him.

“It’s fucking stupid. A watch!? Why? How often does he wear it?” Ang asked. Tate shrugged, unbuttoning the jacket and pushing it open.

“Not often. Once in Spain. You should see the shit he keeps in the safe,” she said, plucking at his shirt. He began absent mindedly batting at her hands while he glanced around the room.

“You’re shitting me. Please tell me it’s behind a huge portrait of like his dog or something,” he chuckled. She hooked her fingers inside his belt.

“No. It’s in the closet,” she replied.

“Tate, what are you doing?” he asked, finally clueing into the fact that she was touching him. She smiled up at him. Ang liked to pretend he liked being poor, turned up his nose at rich people, but really, he was fascinated by it, and even better, distracted by it. It was one of the things that had attracted him to Tate, she knew. It was probably part of what drew him to her sister.

Bitch.

“What? I feel like I haven’t touched you in a long time,” she said, pulling him close and wrapping her arms around his waist. She pressed the side of her face to his chest and he sighed, wrapping his arms around her shoulders.

“Are you really okay? You kinda scare me, sometimes,” he mumbled. She ignored the sadness in his voice and worked her hands up his back. He felt so different than Jameson.

“I’m okay, Ang. I’m happy here. Everything is great,” she whispered, massaging her fingers back down his back. He shivered under her touch.

“You can always come live with me,” he said softly. She laughed low in her throat and pulled away a little, running her hands up and down his sides.

“Do you think your girlfriend would appreciate that?” she asked, watching him from under hooded eyelids. He ran his hands under her hair, lifting it away from her shoulders and piling it all on the back of her head.

“I don’t think she’d care, but more importantly, I don’t care. You’ve been my best friend for a million years,” he replied. She smiled, running her teeth over her bottom lip while she pressed herself against him.

“Sometimes a little more than a friend,” her voice was soft. He laughed, scratching his fingers over her scalp.

“Most of the time. God, we used to have fun,” his voice fell into a murmur as his eyes wandered over her face.

Please, don’t hate me after this. I have to get my soul back.

“Used to?” she asked, her voice soft as she ran her hands along his body.

“Tater tot, we haven’t had fun since Satan came to town,” he chuckled, his hands moving to the back of her neck.

“Hmmm, he’s not in town right now,” she reminded him. He narrowed his eyes.

“No, he’s not, and I doubt he would appreciate me seducing his succubus in his lair,” he told her.

“I doubt he’d care. Besides, succubi are supposed to sleep with lots of people,” she pointed out.

“Succubi? Is that how you pluralize it?”

“Succubuses sounds weird.”

“Like a slutty bus.”

“Slutty buses.”

“Wait,” he stopped. “Did you just imply that you want to sleep with me?”

“Ang. If I laid it on any thicker, I’d be staked out on the mattress,” she said bluntly.

“I thought it was ‘against the rules‘, or some bullshit,” he said, glancing around the room, like he was checking for hidden cameras, or waiting for Jameson to pounce out of the shadows and eat him.

“That was before; besides, since when have you cared about what upsets Jameson?” she evaded answering him.

“I don’t. But I don’t want to piss off Ellie, either. She’s not exactly as free a thinker as you and I,” he laughed.

I’m counting on that.

“That’s not fair. She wouldn’t know you if it wasn’t for me – she owes me a finders fee,” Tate mock pouted, sticking out her bottom lip. He pinched it between his thumb and finger.

“What’s going on with you, babydoll? Satan not giving it to you good enough?” he laughed. She tilted her head down, drawing his thumb into her mouth and sucking on it. He hissed air through his teeth. She let him go and he dragged his thumb down her chin.

“How about you stop worrying about him for tonight. I know I have,” she said in a husky voice.

Like that would even be possible.

She knew she had him. The tempation to put something over on Jameson was too great for him. She knew Ang very well, knew how to get to him. They hadn’t slept together in a long time – since August. They had quit cold turkey, and he hadn’t had a say in the matter. In fact, he’d been pretty angry about it for a while. Here was his chance to strike back. Fuck Tate, in Jameson’s bed. In Satan’s home. Much too hard to resist. She closed her eyes as his head lowered towards hers.

Please, please don’t hate me.

AboutTheAuthor

Stylo FantomeCrazy woman living in an undisclosed location in Alaska (where the need for a creative mind is a necessity!), I have been writing since …, forever? Yeah, that sounds about right. I have been told that I remind people of Lucille Ball – I also see shades of Jennifer Saunders, and Denis Leary. So basically, I laugh a lot, I’m clumsy a lot, and I say the F-word A LOT.

I like dogs more than I like most people, and I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t drink. No, I do not live in an igloo, and no, the sun does not set for six months out of the year, there’s your Alaska lesson for the day. I have mermaid hair – both a curse and a blessing – and most of the time I talk so fast, even I can’t understand me.

Yeah. I think that about sums me up.
