BLP REVIEW – Tracy

I’ve read the previous two books in the High Five novella series and have really enjoyed them. I was looking forward to seeing how things worked out for Rachel.

Patrick was definitely a geek, though there was more to him than anyone would have expected.
Rachel took to him from the first time they met while she was at work.
While she had invited him to come along to the pub’s St Patrick’s day event I didn’t think she expected him to turn up, even though she kept looking out for him. Patrick was very much a fish out of water when he went along to the celebrations but he stuck things out because he wanted to spend time with Rachel, he definitely felt the same attraction she did.

I’m usually a fan of insta-attraction but Shamrock Kisses didn’t quite hit the mark with me…. I couldn’t say there’s anything in particular that made me feel this way, it was a good read, I liked catching up with the others and their new significant others and I was happy that I had read all three books. The only other thing I thought was that it would behave been nice to see further into their relationship and how things panned out for them both.
