From their first interaction this pair were attracted but both chalked their airport meeting up to a missed opportunity….. until they met again at a celebrity wedding on a Caribbean island.
Hazel is a single mum, way out of the dating game who has a tendency to chatter on and on when nervous – where Josh was concerned she also had a tendency to fall over! She’s overseeing an OTT, mega $$ celebrity wedding but things are not going entirely to plan.
For his part, Josh had been bitten before in a relationship and wasn’t at all expecting his reaction to Hazel. I did like his tenacity when it came to spending time with her and then when he wanted to see where things could go between them.
When Hazel found out Josh’s motivations behind his attendance at the wedding I got why she was so mad, especially as it was her job to make sure the wedding went ahead without a hitch.. Josh did overstep a little but I liked how he realised where and when he’s gone wrong and that he did have regrets.
This pair were funny together. I loved their banter and their heat… Lordy, they were combustible together.
I adored Lottie and how quickly she and Josh connected.
