I absolutely adored Madison and Blaze.

Mads was such a likeble character. Her determination to be a sports reporter and her willingness to move from everything she knew and those closest to her for a chance at her dream job showed her character strength. She was quick witted and the perfect other half for Blaze.

Blaze Beckham, hot, talented pro footballer with the Boston Blizzard needs someone to help him get organised and be where he’s supposed to be to keep him on track. Enter Madison.
Their first meet was funny and I liked that she wasn’t completely star struck meeting or working for Blaze…. though she was honest enough to herself to admit how she felt about him and how attracted to him she was.

I enjoyed the growth and development of their relationship. Blaze knew fairly quickly that he wanted something with Mads but he was prepared to take his time, lay the groundwork and get to really know her as he headed towards the future he suddenly saw and wanted.

The heat between this pair was off the charts once they got together…. Yeah, chapter 32 was quite something but their very first ‘encounter’ together had me overheated I can tell you!!!!

There was fun banter, great supportive friends, a really good story arc and to my delight, no third act break up. I’m looking forward to seeing if Dia and Dalton get together, they were both fab… but I cannot wait for Tanner’s book, I’ve got sooooo many questions about him!!!
