Blurb
Trinity Hurst.
That girl fucking owned me the minute I laid eyes on her. At twenty-one years old she already had a cold, calculating wall around her. The walls she built up around herself were designed to keep guys like me away. Underneath her tough girl exterior lay something sweet and vulnerable that I very much wanted to explore.
I had her first.
I fell in love with her.
Then we fucked everything up.
Wrath.
His name should have been lust. Pure, soul-shattering lust was the deadly sin I felt when I looked up—way up—into his ocean blue eyes. I should despise bikers. I should most definitely steer clear of this one, with his thick, muscled arms, and low sensual voice. My normally impeccable self-preservation instinct vanished the minute he walked in the door. Like everything else in my life, I fucked it up. And he’s never going to forgive me.
Old Habits Die Hard.
Wrath and Trinity met when the Lost Kings MC was on shaky ground. After three perfect nights together, Wrath knew she was it for him. But Trinty’s dark past was about to catch up to her and the Lost Kings MC was her only hope for protection. One misunderstanding led to a chain of mistakes that pushed them apart for years. When long-buried secrets are finally revealed, Wrath will stop at nothing to break their bad habits and make Trinity understand—she belongs to him.
Author’s note: There is no actual cheating in Tattered on My Sleeve.

BLP REVIEW ~ Rebecca
Now I know you’re all going to roll your eyes at me because as usual I’ve got to say that this genre can be a minefield – the good, the bad, the ugly and the downright dreadful all competing in a huge market with a seamlessly endless appetite for MC books, quantity over quality. Amidst this sea of mediocrity Autumn Jones Lake has given us a series that is set in an MC but where the emphasis is on the relationships, the camaraderie and the romance, not so much the violence and grit of a one percenters world, yes it could be called soft but for me it has a freshness that stands out, characters that engage and leave you wanting more and, with this latest offering, the development of Ms Lake as a writer and the growth shown is beautiful to watch.
‘Tattered on my Sleeve’ is the fourth book in the Lost Kings MC Series and the much anticipated story of Wrath and Trinity. It could have been a disaster as a few lately have been when you are revisiting events and timelines already seen in previous books with a different couple, however, not only is the timeline seamless with no confusion but the telling of the events from Wrath and Trinity’s point of view is fascinating and doesn’t feel like a regurgitation of the other books.
Wrath and Trinity have a chequered history, ‘Tattered’ explores their relationship from the very beginning through everything we know from the previous books and beyond. What I loved was how every feeling I had for them before was turned upside down and inside out, when you see both sides to events, when the feelings and thought processes behind the actions are explained, it changes your perspective and sympathies. Going in I had expectations of totally being on Trinity’s side and Wrath being an asshole as men can be! By the end Wrath had been an asshole but I still adored him and understood his motivations, I especially liked the insights to his behaviour with Hope and their relationship. Wrath and Trinity have a path littered with misunderstanding and hurt yet still the connection is never totally broken, the feelings are there no matter the hurt they inflict on each other. ‘Tattered’ will give you the feels, it’s an emotional roller coaster with so many ups and downs you will be reeling, angry, sad, happy, crying, screaming, frustrated and horny, prepare for them all!
I’m not going to rehash the whole story and cast here, I’m not going to give spoilers, if you’ve taken the time to click the cover, read the blurb and are now reading reviews then you’re intrigued……………..so do it. One Click. Buy this book and take the journey that is Wrath and Trinity because it’s worth it, escape to the Lost Kings world and remember what romance and relationships, with all the pitfalls and problems, is and why we dream.
Excerpt
Besides his job as enforcer for the Lost Kings MC, Wrath owns a gym. One of the ways he tries to reconcile with Trinity is by asking her to help him prepare for a fight. This is from one of the times they’re working together.
My attention is finally drawn to the papers Trinity has in her hands. “What’s that?”
“Oh, it’s nothing. I didn’t realize Jake was already… You asked me to put some stuff together… So never mind.”
She folds the papers in half before I snatch them out of her hands.
“Ow! Thanks for the paper cuts, asshat.”
Jake chuckles and grabs her hands to look them over. I can’t wait to get in the ring with him later and kick his ass while Trinity watches.
I’m impressed with what she printed out. I knew she’d be good at this. She’s got a week’s worth of circuit training exercises broken into different ones on each day. Each circuit includes a balance of strength and endurance exercises. I glare at Jake, and he takes the hint to get lost.
“You’ve done your homework,” I say, handing the papers back to Trin.
The corner of her mouth twitches down in disappointment. “You don’t think it’s any—”
“Is that what I said?” I hate snapping at her, but sometimes it’s the only way to get through her self-doubt.
“No.”
“Where’d you find some of these?”
“Are they too advanced for you?”
I tilt my head and stare at her. “Seriously?” She chuckles. “Good, then call me when you’re going to try the Front Lever. It looks sexy.” She spins away and heads back to the office.
