MY REVIEW:

I really enjoy the Cougar Falls series from Marie Harte and Prey & Prejudice was no exception…..

Zoe Castille is the little sister of Quince (who we met in his own story, ‘By The Tail’). Miles Bermin is the older brother of Joy, who we also met in ‘By The Tail’ as she is the mate of Quince….. (BtT is another book that’s worth a read!)

Miles is currently the Alpha of the Cougar Falls pride – a position he gained by default and not a role he would have chosen given the choice….
Newly returned to the pride and determined to lead them to happier times, Zoe expects nothing more than to step into her brothers shoes and take over as the alpha of the pride ~ not knowing that Miles and not Quince is in charge……
Both are as stubborn, arrogant and determined as the other and this leads to some power struggles between them – as you’d expect, these struggles eventually lead to some hot down & dirty scenes……  😉
The interactions between Miles & Zoe and the way she loves to push his buttons were great & to read fun!!!  😀

The book has action, loads of heat & passion and some laughs… As ever we had great characters ~ old and new ~ and a healthy dose of nasty enemy shifters, this time in the form of some down right annoying raptors.
A great combination that all blended together to create another fab read from Marie.

If you’re a fan of the series you won’t be disappointed with Prey & Prejudice. If you’re new to the Cougar Falls books check them out, they really are worth a look!!!!
