Review – Seduce (VET #3) – by Felicity Heaton

Seduce is book 3 in Felicity Heaton’s fantastic VET series. Felicity has built a dark, delicious & erotic world that you can’t help but be drawn into!!!

Seduce is Antoine & Sera’s story.

Sera is a young elite vampire. She has watched Antoine for a year and has fallen for him. She knows what she wants and regardless of the advise from her sire, Elizabeth, she sets out to get him – this starts with an ‘audition’ at the theatre which doesn’t go quite as planned…

Anotine is a very reserved aristocrat vampire who comes across as quite hard and stern but when he encounters Sera and she starts her seduction, we discover he is far from cold-hearted…. He has been damaged by his past and is concerned that the Bloodlust which haunts his brother will also take hold of him, but he is a good man and not just as detached as we would think!!

Another steamy & intense installment to a wonderful series which just keeps getting hotter and hotter.

Review – Her Demonic Angel (Her Angel #5) – by Felicity Heaton

I love all of Felicity Heaton’s books.
Of the 5 books written so far in the Her Angel series, I think this is the best yet – Her Dark Angel is a very close 2nd.

Fab characters – Veiron is a dark, quite complex and, as you would expect from Felicity, he’s smokin’ hot!! Erin’s character is a strong female and very likeable!
Found the story kept my attention all the way through. It was fast paced with lots of twists. Thought it had really great dialogue – especially some of the comments from our ‘hero’ – it was at times witty but also a little sad – overall FH at her best!!
Loved the fact that all the characters from the previous 4 books were included/referred to and the plot development just keeps getting better!!!
If you haven’t read any of the series yet, as said already in another review, start with Her Dark Angel – you won’t be disappointed and will be very quickly hooked!!
Really looking forward to the next instalment!!

Review – Three Days in Seattle – by Debra Burroughs

This is the first Debra Burroughs book I’ve read and based on this, it won’t be the last!

Bought after reading a couple of reviews and the blurb…. Can say I wasn’t disappointed.
Fast paced & interesting story, some romance, engaging characters and a few twists in the tale…. Didn’t want to put the kindle down and read the book over the course of a day.
Looking forward to enjoying more of Debra’s books!!

Review – The Phantom King (The Kings #2) – by Heather Killough-Walden

I love everything that Heather writes but I’ve especially enjoyed the 2 books in ‘The Kings’ series so far!

The Phantom King is another great success. I thought it was a fab read – but I wouldn’t expect anything less from HKW. Found it really hard to put this book down – got totally lost in the story!!

Thane is one HOT King. Love everything about him from his ever changing tats, to his love of fast cars & motorbikes and of course his passion and desire for Siobhan.

Thought it was great being introduced to some of the other Kings who we have yet to read about.

The other reviews tell you just about everything you need to know about TPK. All I can add is that if you haven’t read this (or The Vampire King) yet, do it now – you won’t be disappointed!!!
Really looking forward to reading the next book in the series….

Review – Masquerade – by Felicity Heaton

As with all of the others in the Vampire Realms series, I love this book!! Felicity has created a world & a cast of heroes and heroines that I just love to visit!!
Fantastic main characters with lots of passion, attraction & tension. The story moves along at a quick, action packed pace.
I was so pleased to see most of our old favourite heroes at the ball!!
Another great success from Felicity. I look forward to reading the next book in the VR series!!

Review – Hot to Meet a Guy at the Supermarket – by Jessica L. Degarmo

Sound like a self-help book when you see the title but that couldn’t be farther from the truth!! Wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought the e-book but was really glad I had!!

‘How to Meet a Guy…’ is laugh out loud funny. Engaging character – though Quinn frustrated the life out of me at points….. – they were likeable and believable.

For a really good read grab yourself a copy – it’s definitely worth it!!

Review – Heart of Darkness – by Felicity Heaton

I adore everything that Felicity Heaton writes and this brilliant book is no exception.

It’s so easy to become engaged with all of her characters, you quickly get pulled into their world!!!
As you would expect, HoD has great characters who bring lots of tension, attraction, darkness, love & hope.
The story had a great plot with loads of action, suspense and romance.
This book is a definite must read……

Review – Always Angel (Lost Angels Novella) – by Heather Killough-Walden

I really enjoyed Always Angel. The book, although short, was a great introduction to the ‘Lost Angels’ series.
Liked how through it Heather Killough Walden introduced us to the 4 archangels and gave us a little insight into what was to come.
Looking forward to meeting Angel again in a future story….. Wonder what will happen with her – I’m sure it will be interesting!!!!

Even if you have read the 1st 2 books in the LA series, pick this one up – it’s a smashing read!!!!

Review – The Vampire King (The Kings #1) – by Heather Killough-Walden

I loved the BBW series and was delighted when Heather Killough Walden released the spin off series ‘The Kings’.

The Vampire King is the 1st book in this new series – and what a series it’s going to be.
Roman is a fantastic character – he’s the perfect Vampire King. Evie is a very likeable ‘heroine’ and really good for Roman.

A fab plot with great characters (love Lalura & her tea!!), action, twists & passion.

Even if you haven’t read any of the books in the Big Bad Wold series pick up The Vampire King and give it a go….. you won’t be disappointed!!!

Review – Messenger’s Angel (Lost Angels #2) – by Heather Killough-Walden

Book 2 in The Lost Angels series by Heather Killough Walden is another great success. I enjoyed this book as much as I did the 1st.

Gabriel & Juliette’s story is as packed with tension, twists and action as Avenger’s Angel. We encounter more Adarian meddling (think things are going to get worse there before the end of the series) and we meet Sam again – hope he gets his own story and Archess…

As ever, HKW gives us a book that is hard to put down and keeps us going until the end!!

Cannot wait for Death’s Angel to come out next month – just know Az’s story is gonna be the best so far!!!
