Release Blitz: Fall For Me by Alexis Noelle

Title: Fall For Me
Author: Alexis Noelle
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: July 20, 2015

I’ve been bounced from foster home to foster home since I was seven, now I’m eighteen and I’m free. I am determined to make something of myself, to prove to everyone that they were wrong about me. I finally have my life together, until he comes into my life and turns everything upside down. Carter James has to power to piece together all the broken parts of me, or completely shatter them beyond repair.
I have never really been into the relationship thing. It’s not that I avoid them but I definitely don’t want one, then she came into my life. Madison Stevens is everything that I never thought was possible. She is the absolute vision of perfection, except that she is the one girl who can utterly destroy me.

What can you do when the one person you can’t have is the only one you want?
Fall For Me was originally Playing With Fire and part of the Guarded Hearts Series. The story has been changed a bit and re-edited to make it a standalone novel.

**Fall For Me is for mature audiences only—strong language, and explicit sexual content are apparent.**
I looked around. I was completely lost and I was already running late for my first class. I took my schedule out of my purse to look at the building name again and, the next thing I knew, I was on the ground, lying on top of some guy.

Wait! What? What the hell just happened?! I looked up at the brick wall I’d landed on and forgot how to breathe for a minute. Staring back at me were the bluest eyes I’d ever seen, not to mention that he was gorgeous. He was just looking at me, giving me a sexy smile. He was wearing a USC shirt, which I found funny because that wasn’t the school we were at. He was smiling at me and that was when I saw the dimples. I personally think it’s unfair that a guy could be this good looking.

“Hey, nice running into you,” the Greek god said.

Damn, his voice was just as sexy as the rest of him. I’d never met someone who made my insides clench from just a look and a short sentence. That was when I realized I was still lying on top of him, and I hadn’t even said a word. Oh my god, he was going to think I was some crazy person!

I scrambled off of him and stood up, trying to straighten my sundress. I looked down at the ground. My purse, books, everything else were now scattered all over the sidewalk. This was just wonderful. I started to pick up all the discarded items and looked up to notice the Greek god still staring at me.

I know I probably looked ridiculous, but what was he staring at? He smiled and then bent down to help me pick up the rest of my stuff. I took this opportunity to really look at him. He had dark brown hair, just long enough to run your fingers through. He had to be about six feet tall and had a body that Hercules himself would be jealous of. He handed me my stuff and I gave him a smile.

I started to walk away when he yelled, “You know Branson Hall is this way, right?” When I turned around, he was pointing behind him. How did he know what building I was going to?

“Are you okay? Do you need the special services building?”

Special services? Oh my god, he thinks I am disabled? Well, considering I’d been with him for five minutes not saying a word and just staring like an idiot, what did I expect? “I don’t need special services, but I was trying to find Branson Hall. How did you know that?” There, I actually spoke. It was a miracle I could, at this point.

Turn of the Moon by LP Dover Cover Reveal

Title: Turn of the Moon
Series: Royal Shifters
Author: L.P. Dover
Genre: PNR/Shifter
Release Date: August 24, 2015

One girl. Two wolves. Promised to one. Destined for the other.

To escape the cruel, overbearing, Kade, the Yukon Pack alpha she’s been promised to, Bailey Whitehill flees her home in search of a new life, one of freedom where she can make her own choices. However, Kade will stop at nothing to make her his and begins the hunt.

As Bailey starts her new life, everything she’s known to be true, is not. Time is of the essence and choices have to be made or consequences suffered. Not only does Bailey fear Kade, but another danger lurks deep in the recesses of the forest. Unbeknownst to her, that danger is what she’s been searching for all along. At the turn of the moon, her fate hangs in the balance . . . and it’s up to her to make the right choice.
There was a time when I lived for the pack, when I would do anything to save my people. The white wolves were slowly reducing in number, and now everyone was desperate, struggling to make ends meet before we were wiped into extinction. I was twenty-four years old, and a daughter of the Northern pack alpha. It was my duty to continue my lineage. The only problem was, there were no other unmated alphas around other than my best friend, Sebastian, and the supreme douche, Kade Whitemore.
There was no way in hell I was going to alliance myself with that rat bastard. He was alpha of the Yukon pack, violent, and an overbearing ass who’d rather see me on my back with my legs spread open than being his equal. I’d rather die than be forced to be his mate for all eternity. Why couldn’t I mate with Sebastian? Thinking of fucking him gave me the willies, but anything was better than Kade.
Anger racked my body and I sat there, seething . . . until I felt him. He was coming for me; I could sense him drawing near. The closer we got to the meadow, the more I could smell Kade and his excitement—his lust. Hopefully, he could smell the rage and disgust coming from me.

SYNOPSIS

Returning to Madison hurts. I thought I’d left my past behind, but the past goes on living. I carry it inside of me, it’s a piece of me. People have marked me in indelible ways and I drag the shreds of my soul behind me, trying to put my pieces back together. I’m not the Amber I used to be. I fly under the radar, try to be invisible.

It doesn’t always work. Drawing attention scares me. It always spells trouble. Returning to my home town is a last ditch effort to lay my demons to rest and start anew, for good this time.

Meeting Jesse Lee wasn’t in the plan. Yet here he is with his heart-stopping, sexy grin, handsome like a god, shining bright. He’s full of life, full of heat, packing the energy of a thousand suns in his gaze and muscular body. Jesse burns, and the pain of being near him is sweet.

But he’s foiling my plans. It’s hard to remain a ghost when he’s around. Hard to avoid his attention, to remain invisible. He sees me, really sees me, and behind his bright radiance, I can see shadows from his own past crowding in. He’s swimming hard to stay afloat even as he reaches for me.

What is he afraid of? And how can he save me from drowning when he can’t even save himself?

Standalone novel. No cliffhanger.

Passion woman and man

EXCERPT

“Embers?” He lifts a dark brow, and I try to unstick my tongue from the roof of my mouth.

Kind of hard with all that muscled, male, inked flesh in full display in front of me. He’s shirtless, and oh God, his nipples are pierced. Silver hoops pass through the small brown nubs, gleaming. His bare chest is sculpted and hard, from his pecs to the cut abs and the fine dark trail of hairs leading into the waistband of his gray jogging pants.

Sweat glistens on his skin, on the colorful ink covering his arm, the swirls and lines dipping from his left shoulder down to a defined pec. A demon is tattooed there, stylized wings and a monstrous head, fading into the purple and blue of other, older-looking tats. And then of course there’s the cobra I noticed on his arm the other day.

“Hey,” I say vaguely, my brain on shut-down. I swallow hard, try again. “What does the cobra stand for?”

Both his brows arch now, eyes wide, their green-blue irises crystalline in the morning light. He glances down at his arm, then back at me. “What?”

“What does the snake stand for?” I wave in his direction, wondering if I should cut my losses, turn about and run away right frigging now. Being antisocial is one thing – seeing it in action is another.

As I’m about to turn and run, one corner of his mouth curls up.

“You’re funny,” he says, and it stops me in my tracks.

“No, I’m not.”

“Yes, you are, trust me.” He grins. “How about we start again. Good morning, Embers.”

If flames jump from my cheeks, it won’t surprise me. “Morning.”

“Would you like to come inside?” he says, that sexy grin lingering on his full lips. “There might be coffee.”

“No, thanks.” The need to flee is worse than ever, only I’m caught in his spell and can’t move. He’s staring at me, giving me a lazy, slow once-over, from the top of my head to my toes curling in my sandals.

“What, no pet name for me today?”

Oh God, what am I doing here? “Cut it out, Jesse. Don’t be an ass.”

I expect a witty comeback, but instead something shutters behind his bright eyes, and strangely, I feel guilt wash over me. He rubs a hand over his face and slumps against the doorframe, muscles rolling in his arms.

“This is who I am, Embers,” he drawls, closing his eyes. “What you see is what you get. I told you that you’d get tired of me soon.”

But for the first time, I’m not so sure about that.

Excerpt

Beth had been good at pretending to be this happy carefree girl – bubbly and energetic. Looking at her now, I saw a girl who was anything but carefree. She obviously had demons that haunted her, and I knew from experience that fighting certain demons can be almost impossible.

I listened through the door, making sure Lily had gone. “This isn’t over. Me keeping your secret from Lily is not a sign I’m letting this go. It’s a sign that I’m going to be a thorn in your side until you let me help you.”

Beth prickled at my comment and unfurled herself from the protective ball she had curled into. “I don’t need your help!”

“Yes, you do.” I took another step towards her. Beth took a step back. “And the way I see it, you don’t have much of a choice.”

“What are you talking about?”

“Do you want Lily to know what you’ve been doing?”

Beth’s eyes pooled with unshed tears. She looked hurt by my words. “Please don’t tell Lily,” she pleaded in a whisper.

“I’ll tell her everything unless you let me help you.” The look of fear and disbelief on Beth’s face made me feel like a total jackass.

Her expression changed again. She glowered at me like she wanted to set me on fire. “I hate you so much right now.”

Her words, she meant them. And hearing her tell me she hated me… it hurt, because somewhere along the way I had fallen in love with her.

“I know you do. But I’d rather you hate me for the right reasons, than like me for the wrong ones. I guess we’ll both have to figure out how to fucking live with that.”

About The Author

I grew up in Alabama and have always been an avid reader. I had a stack of those Little Golden Books and I can remember reading Three Little Kittens over and over and over again. It was my favorite.

Fast forward and the older I got the more in love with books I became. So, I’m admitting that I am a huge nerd. The only reading I don’t like are those math word problems. And I’m okay with that because no one has ever asked me in real life… “If I give you two bananas and take away six apples, how long will it take the southbound train to collide with the northbound train if Johnny left his house at midnight?” It just doesn’t happen.

So, yeah, books are my thing.

Oh and music. All kinds. Love.It.
